A Heartfelt Plea

On November 25th, a movie will be coming out starring Robin Williams and John Travolta called "Old Dogs". Please, please DO NOT see this movie. I am not one to judge something before seeing it. In fact, it makes me angry when people boycott things on religious grounds based only on speculation. But I have seen the preview for this movie and I can already guarantee you this will be one of the worst movies ever made. The preview itself made me physically ill. And the worst part about it is this movie will be hugely successful. But as a fan of movies, I cannot be a part of it. And I'm begging you not to be a part of it either. There are plenty of high quality family movies out there, so there is no need to make your kids dumber and unable to appreciate quality entertainment. I will be in Arizona the day after the movie opens and if you plan to see this movie, I will pay for you (and your kids) to see something else. Let's take a stand for all that is right and decent in this world, cause if we don't, there's going to be an "Old Dogs 2" and I might have to hurt someone.

What's it about? It must be bad if you're boycotting it. You have seen every movie known to man, or pretty close.

Happy birthday, late? So what's up with the movie? I have seen the preview also but didn't think anything of it?

It has Matt Dillon and Seth Green! What's not to like?! I'm gonna see it...as soon as it comes out on DVD.

Don't do it Hollie! Seth Green and Justin Long (and Matt Dillon since you like him for some strange reason) are just unfortunate victims of the Hollywood machine. If I ever see it at your house, I might start breaking things.
