I have a little something I need you to look at. Just the sight of that metal tool makes me want to cringe. Here's a little hint when doing one of those exams: don't make small talk with the patient. Just get in and get what you need and get out. I hate when Doctors small talk with me during that. HELLO...your face is in my crotch.
